Position: Cabin Crew
Application Deadline: September 26, 2025
As a Cabin Crew member, your main job is to make sure our passengers are safe and comfortable. Your daily tasks will be:
- Attending meetings before each flight.
- Welcoming passengers with a smile and helping them find their seats.
- Showing passengers how to use safety equipment.
- Making sure the cabin is safe and secure before takeoff.
- Serving food and drinks to passengers.
- Helping passengers with any needs or emergencies.
Please read these requirements carefully before you apply.
1. Your Education:
- You must have at least an HSC or a similar degree.
- You need a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC.
- Important: A 3rd division or class in any exam is not accepted.
- If you have a Diploma, you need a minimum CGPA of 2.80 out of 4.00.
- For ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level students:
- ‘O’ Level: Up to 5 subjects with an average grade of ‘D’.
- ‘A’ Level: Up to 2 subjects with an average grade of ‘D’.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
2. Your Height and Weight:
- Height:
- Men: Minimum 168 cm / 5 feet 6 inches.
- Women: Minimum 161 cm / 5 feet 3 inches.
- Weight: Your weight should be balanced with your height (according to BMI).
- Men: BMI between 18-25.
- Women: BMI between 18-22 is preferred. (Up to 25 is okay for very good candidates).
- You must be able to reach 212 cm with your hands while standing on your toes.
3. Your Age:
- For Freshers (no experience): 18 to 27 years old.
- For Experienced Crew: Up to 35 years old (only if you have worked as a Cabin Crew before).
4. Your Health and Fitness:
- Eyesight: Your eyesight must be 6/6 without glasses. If you wear glasses or contact lenses and your vision is 6/6, you can apply. Color blindness is not accepted.
- General Health: You must be medically fit and in good physical health.
- Appearance: You should look smart and professional. No visible tattoos or marks on your body are allowed.
5. Your Skills:
- Language: You must speak and write both Bangla and English fluently. Knowing another language is an extra advantage.
- Swimming: If you can swim, it’s a plus. If not, don’t worry! You must learn swimming during your training if you are selected.
- Attitude: You should have a positive and friendly personality.
6. Where You Need to Live:
- If you get the job, you must live near the Dhaka airport (Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport), in areas like Nikunja or Uttara (Sectors 1-14).
