The Department of Youth Development (DYD) has announced the Freelancing Training Admission 2025 under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This program is aimed at creating employment opportunities for educated but unemployed youth from 48 districts of the country.

Khulna Division: Khulna, Jashore, Satkhira, Bagerhat…
Others: Rangpur, Kurigram, Dinajpur, Barishal, Bhola, Sylhet, Habiganj, Moulvibazar.

How to Apply ?

You can do it all online from your phone or computer.

Fill out the form. Just put in your correct details – name, address, education, etc. Be careful not to make any mistakes!
Upload your photo and signature. You’ll need a recent picture of yourself and a picture of your signature.
Submit it! After you submit, a page called “Applicant’s Copy” will show up.
SUPER IMPORTANT: Download and print that Applicant’s Copy. You will need this later, so don’t lose it.

এটি এমন একটি প্রশিক্ষণ প্রোগ্রাম যেখানে দেশের হাজারো যুবক-যুবতী বিনামূল্যে প্রশিক্ষণ পেয়ে ফ্রিল্যান্সিং ও তথ্য প্রযুক্তি খাতে নিজেকে দক্ষ করে তুলতে পারবে। এতে অংশগ্রহণ করে তরুণরা আন্তর্জাতিক মার্কেটপ্লেসে কাজ করে আয়ের সুযোগ তৈরি করতে পারবে।

কোন কোন জেলার প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন?

এই প্রশিক্ষণে মোট ৪৮ জেলার যুবক-যুবতীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে—

ঢাকা বিভাগ: নারায়ণগঞ্জ, মানিকগঞ্জ, মুন্সীগঞ্জ, কিশোরগঞ্জ, ফরিদপুর, গোপালগঞ্জ, মাদারীপুর, শরীয়তপুর।
ময়মনসিংহ বিভাগ: ময়মনসিংহ, জামালপুর, নেত্রকোণা।
চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগ: চট্টগ্রাম, কক্সবাজার, বান্দরবান, খাগড়াছড়ি, রাঙামাটি, নোয়াখালী, ফেনী, ব্রাহ্মণবাড়িয়া।
রাজশাহী বিভাগ: চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ, নওগাঁ, নাটোর, রাজশাহী, জয়পুরহাট, পাবনা, সিরাজগঞ্জ।
খুলনা বিভাগ: খুলনা, মাগুরা, যশোর, বাগেরহাট, সাতক্ষীরা।
বরিশাল বিভাগ: বরিশাল, ঝালকাঠি, ভোলা, পটুয়াখালী।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোট: প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য ICT ও ফ্রিল্যান্সিং বিষয়ে বেসিক জ্ঞান এবং ইংরেজি ভাষার প্রাথমিক ধারণা থাকলে প্রার্থীরা অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।
