Office Assistant cum-Computer Typist Number of Posts: 11 Grade: 16 (9300-22490/-) Qualification: HSC or equivalent. Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute in both Bengali and English.

Statistician Number of Posts: 06 Grade: 14 (10200-24680/-) Qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics. Computer operation skills required.

Driver Number of Posts: 05 Grade: 16 (9300-22490/-) Qualification: JSC or 8th-grade pass. Must hold a valid light vehicle driving license. Preference is given to experienced drivers.

Eligibility and Application Conditions
Nationality and Residency: Candidates must be Bangladeshi citizens by birth and permanent residents of Bogura district. For the Health Assistant post, applicants must reside permanently in the specific union/ward they apply for, with preference given to former ward residents. The vacancy list by ward/union is available on the Civil Surgeon’s website and notice board. Age Limit: 18 to 32 years as of May 4, 2026. Age affidavits are not accepted. Employment Status: Government/semi-government employees must apply with prior approval and provide an original No Objection Certificate (NOC) during the viva-voce. Previous Applicants: Candidates who applied under the 2018 circular (Memo no-Admin-2/3rd Class Recruitment/2/2018/3527 dated 06/08/2018) do not need to reapply. Their previous applications remain valid. Disqualifications: Marrying a foreign national, providing false information, submitting multiple applications, adopting unfair means, failing a dope test, or lobbying will result in application cancellation. Address Change: If the permanent address differs from earlier certificates, a citizenship certificate signed by the local government representative alongside the NID must be submitted.

Examination Process and Required Documents
Candidates must participate in written, practical (if applicable), and viva-voce exams. No daily or travel allowance will be provided. Admit cards will be issued via SMS and downloaded from the application website.
During the viva-voce, candidates must present original copies and submit one set of 1st-class gazetted officer-attested copies of: Educational and experience certificates. Computer certificates (if applicable). NID/Birth Registration and citizenship certificate. Character certificate by a 1st-class gazetted officer. Quota certificates (Freedom Fighter, Physical Disability, etc.). Departmental candidate proof/NOC. Downloaded Applicant’s Copy and Admit Card.
Final appointment is subject to a satisfactory police verification report, health certification, and a mandatory dope test.
