Educational Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from any recognized university.

  • Training or work experience from any government-recognized institution regarding computer or data entry.

  • Must pass the Standard Aptitude Test with a computer typing speed of 20 words per minute in Bengali and 28 words per minute in English.

Key Application Conditions

  • The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh.

  • Candidate’s age must be between 18 to 32 years as of May 1, 2026. Affidavits for age proof are not accepted.

  • A resident of one district cannot apply as a resident of another district.

  • Candidates employed in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations must apply with proper authority permission and produce a no-objection certificate during the viva voce.

  • All educational qualifications must be declared in the online application form. Additional certificates not mentioned in the application cannot be added later.

  • Incomplete, defective, or late applications will be rejected.

Online Application Process

  • Applications must be submitted online through https://avub.teletalk.com.bd. Printed or handwritten applications sent by post will not be accepted.

  • Photograph: Scan and upload a color photograph measuring 300 x 300 pixels (maximum size 100 KB).

  • Signature: Scan and upload a signature measuring 300 x 80 pixels (maximum size 60 KB).

  • Applicants must verify the accuracy of all information before final submission, as this data will be used in all subsequent recruitment stages.

  • A color-printed PDF copy of the submitted online application form (Applicant’s Copy) must be retained and presented during the viva voce.

Application Fee and SMS Payment Procedure

The application fee must be paid within 72 hours of submitting the online form using a Teletalk Pre-Paid Mobile number. The online application will not be accepted until the fee is paid.

  • Standard Fee: BDT 112 (BDT 100 application fee + BDT 12 Teletalk service charge).

  • Quota Fee (Ethnic minority, physically disabled, third gender): BDT 56 (BDT 50 application fee + BDT 6 Teletalk service charge).

Payment Method:

  1. First SMS: Type AVUB<space>User ID and send to 16222.

    • Example: AVUB ABCDEF to 16222.

    • Reply: Returns Applicant’s Name, fee amount, and a PIN.

  2. Second SMS: Type AVUB<space>Yes<space>PIN and send to 16222.

    • Example: AVUB Yes 12345678 to 16222.

    • Reply: Confirmation of successful payment with a User ID and Password.

Admit Card and Examinations

  • Admit card download notifications will be sent via SMS to eligible candidates and updated on https://avub.teletalk.com.bd. Candidates must keep their provided mobile numbers active.

  • Admit cards must be downloaded, color-printed, and displayed during the written, practical, and viva exams.

  • No T.A./D.A. will be provided for participating in the exams.

  • Passing the written exam is required to participate in the practical exam, and passing the practical exam is required to participate in the viva voce.
