Eligibility Criteria and Terms of Service
1. Age Restrictions (As of 01/05/2026 AD)

The candidate’s age must be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 32 years.

No affidavit will be accepted for age proof. Rules and regulations issued by the government regarding the maximum age limit will be fully applicable.
2. Service-related Rules
-
Employed Candidates: Candidates serving in Government or any Local Authority organizations must apply with the formal permission of their employers. Original copies of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the employing authority must be submitted during the oral test. Advance copies will not be accepted.

District Residency: Only permanent residents of the Cox’s Bazar district are eligible. Candidates who are not citizens of Bangladesh, or who marry/pledge to marry a non-citizen, will be disqualified.

Multiple Applications: Due to the statistical likelihood that examinations for different posts may happen simultaneously on the same day, candidates are actively discouraged from applying for more than one position.
3. Application Verification and Integrity

If any information or supporting document provided by the candidate is proven fake, forged, or inconsistent with the circular parameters, or if the candidate resorts to unfair means during any step of the examination, their candidacy will be immediately canceled. Legal action will be initiated, which can be enforced at any stage of the process, including post-examination.

During the oral test, candidates must present all original copies of the following documents, alongside one (01) attested photocopy of each and two (02) copies of recent passport-size color photographs (attested with name and designation visible by a First Class Gazetted Officer):
