Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Madrasa Education Board and Technical Education Board for the 2022-23 academic year, application for admission to Class XI will start from 8 December 2023. The application process will be conducted in three stages. Now the admission application process will continue through online. The information has been published in HSC Admission Policy-2022.
XI Class Admission System
The application for admission to the 11th class of the academic year 2022-2023 has started from December 8. The first phase of application will start from 8th December 2022 and will continue till 15th December 2022. The application period for the 2nd stage has been fixed from January 9 to January 10 for those who did not get a chance in the 1st stage and those who did not apply. The last phase 3 can be applied till 16th January. In this way, the three-stage application and result publication and admission process will continue. Class XI will start from 1 February 2022.
Last year the admission process was conducted through online and SMS but this time only online application can be done. Online application can be made to minimum 5 and maximum 10 colleges or madrasas. 150 will be taken for this. Online application can be done at xiclassadmission.gov.bd website. However, no student can apply to more than 10 institutes.
Like last few years, admission to HSC colleges will be done on the basis of SSC results. Like last time this time candidate can apply for minimum 05 and maximum 10 colleges. A student will be allotted a college according to his merit and preference as per the number of colleges he applies to. XI Class Admission System (Session: 2021-2022)
Class XI admission application details and deadlines 2021-2022
• Those who can get admission in Class XI: Apart from SSC passers of 2020, 2021 and 2022, the candidates of 20120, 2021 and 2022 from Bangladesh Open University will be considered eligible for admission in Class XI.
• Application Procedure: Online application can be done. Find out the application procedure in this link
• Application Period: Application process starts from 8th December till 15th December (those applying for re-examination should also apply within this period).
• Application Scrutiny and Objection Settlement Period: 18th December to 22nd December.
• Application deadline for those whose results have changed after re-scrutiny only: 26th December.
• Preference Change Date: 26th December.
• 1st merit list result publication: The 1st merit list of the students selected for admission will be published on December 31 via SMS and on the notice board or website of respective educational institutions as well as on our website.
• Confirmation of Student’s Selection: (if the student does not confirm the 1st stage selection and application will be cancelled) from January 01 to January 8.
• 2nd stage application period: From 9th January to 10th September (Students who have not previously been selected for admission in any educational institution – they can update their application (add/delete new college) without paying any fee. Have not applied or have not confirmed admission despite being selected (Selected) for admission – they can apply by depositing the application fee of Tk 150 (through Teletalk / Rocket / Surecash) and those who have previously submitted the application fee but have not applied, they can also apply. )
• Result of 1st migration according to preference: 12th January
• 2nd stage application result published: 12th January
• Confirmation of 2nd stage selection of students: (2nd stage selection and application will be canceled if the student does not confirm): From 13th to 14th January
• Phase 3 Application Deadline: 16th January
• Result of 2nd migration according to preference: 18 January
• 2nd stage application result published: 18th January
• Confirmation of Selection of 3rd stage students: (3rd stage selection and application will be canceled if the student does not confirm): From 19th to 20th January.
• College wise final result release: 22 January
• Admission Period: 22nd January to 26th January
• Class Start Date: 1st February
• Online Application: Apply online from this website. Click to apply www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd Students can select 05 to 10 colleges of their choice in online admission application.
• Application Fee: In case of online application, if you apply in minimum 5 colleges, you will be charged Rs.150/- and if you apply in 10 colleges, you will be charged Rs.150/-.
• Selection of branches: Candidates who pass from science branch can get admission in any department. Graduates from Humanities stream can get admission in Business Education stream along with Humanities and Business Education students can get admission in Business Education and Humanities department
