After sending the registration fee online google form has to be filleed. (Short answers must be given in English language.)

• After entering the link you will see a google form. You must login with your Gmail ID to fill the form.
• First you have to enter your name correctly.
• Next enter your father and mother name.
• Then enter current address and permanent address correctly.
• Then submit your academic year correctly.
• Then submit your professional address. . (If Applicable)
• Then enter your religion correctly.
• Next enter your marital status.
• Enter the name of your husband or wife. (If Applicable):
• Enter the number of how many of your children will attend the reunion. (If Applicable)
• Enter the number of members of your family who will attend the reunion, including you.
• Then enter your mobile number.
• Next enter your email address
• Enter educational qualification.
• Then enter your blood group, NID number.
• Next enter your tshirt size.
• Then enter whether you have paid in bkash/Rocket/Nagad
• Enter the number to which you sent the money.
• You will get a transaction ID after Sending money. The Transaction ID must be entered correctly
• Finally complete your registration process by clicking on submit option.
