Assistant Accountant: 05 posts are available in Grade-14 with a Pay Scale of 10200-24680/-. Candidates require a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Studies with at least second class or equivalent CGPA from any recognized university. Experience in computer operation including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.

Technical Supervisor: 96 posts are available in Grade-15 with a Pay Scale of 9700-23490. Candidates require a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Botany or Zoology from any recognized university; or a Higher Secondary Certificate in Science or equivalent from any recognized board with a Diploma in Silk Technology degree.

Draftsman: 01 post is available in Grade-15 with a Pay Scale of 9700-23490. Candidates require a Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent in Science with at least second division or equivalent GPA from any recognized board. Candidates must have passed at least a 6-month trade course in Civil Drafting from any recognized institute.

Office Assistant-cum-Computer Operator: 18 posts are available in Grade-16 with a Pay Scale of 9300-22490/-. Candidates require passing the Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination with at least second division or equivalent GPA from any recognized board. Candidates must have skill and experience in operating computer word processing, e-mail, fax machine, etc. Computer typing speed must be 20 words per minute in Bengali and 20 words in English.

Expert Weaver: 04 posts are available in Grade-16 with a Pay Scale of 9300-22490/-. Candidates require a Secondary School Certificate (Voc) (Textile) from any recognized board. Candidates also require a Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent from any recognized board.

Application Eligibility and Conditions

The age limit must be 18-32 years as of 01-06-2026 AD for candidates of all posts. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age.

Candidates working in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations must apply with the permission of the proper authority. Departmental candidates must tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form. All employed candidates must submit the original copy of the No Objection Certificate issued by the appointing authority during the oral examination.

If any candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh, not a permanent resident of Bangladesh, not a domicile of Bangladesh, marries or promises to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh, or has been convicted by any criminal court on charges involving moral turpitude, they will not be considered eligible to apply.

No TA/DA/allowance of any kind will be provided for participating in the written, oral, and practical examinations.

Applicants under the physically disabled and third gender quota, or minority ethnic group quota, must submit a certificate issued by the competent authority. Children of heroic freedom fighters, martyred heroic freedom fighters, and Biranganas must submit a certificate issued by the competent authority as proof.
Online Application Procedure

Applications will not be accepted other than online. Persons willing to participate in the examination shall fill out the application form on the website https://bsdb.teletalk.com.bd.

The candidate must scan and upload their color photograph (length 300 x width 300 Pixel) with a maximum file size of 100 KB. The candidate must scan and upload their signature (length 300 x width 80 Pixel) with a maximum file size of 60 KB.

The candidate must keep a printed copy of the filled online application form to submit during the oral examination.
Payment of Examination Fee

Even if all parts of the online application form are filled out and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is paid.

Candidates who receive a User ID can submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 hours from the time of submitting the online application.

For serial numbers 1-5, the non-refundable total fee is 112/- Taka.

For serial number 6, the non-refundable total fee is 56/- Taka.

Backward candidates (minority ethnic groups, physically disabled, and third gender) of all grades shall submit a non-refundable total fee of 56/- Taka.

Admit Card and Support

Receiving the admit card will be communicated in due time on the website https://bsdb.teletalk.com.bd and via SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone.

Using the User ID and Password sent via SMS, the candidate will download and print in color the admit card. The candidate must display this admit card while participating in the written/practical examination and during the oral examination.
