  • Achieve monthly target of loan disbursement and collection.
  • Maintain portfolio quality.
  • Prepare loan proposal and collect necessary documents of the enterprise.
  • Analysis of financial status (Profit and loss A/c, Balance sheet, cash flow and ratio) to evaluate the credit worthiness of the borrower.
  • Provide necessary quality service to the clients.
  • Maintain good official relationship with the clients.
