Election Commission MCQ test program for employee recruitment.
In view of the recruitment circular published by the Election Commission Secretariat in the memorandum number 17.00.0000.016.11.009.20.270 dated 27 July 2020, it is informed for the information of all concerned that the candidates for the purpose of appointing employees in the Election Commission Secretariat and field offices under its jurisdiction. MCQ Examination will be held on the following dates and times:
Election Commission Exam Instructions:
a) Admit card for all posts can be downloaded from this website http://ecs.teletalk.com.bd. The concerned candidate will download and print the admit card containing information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center name etc. using User ID and Password. The admit card must be carried on the day of examination, written/practical (where applicable) and oral examination. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without the admit card for whatever reason.
b) The candidate should bring original copy of National Identity Card.
c) Seats must be taken at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the examination and any candidate after the commencement of the examination Entry will not be allowed. No candidate shall leave the room until the examination is over.
d) Bringing bags, books, mobile phones, watches, calculators and electronic cards/devices into the examination room is strictly prohibited.
5) The signature of the candidate on the attendance sheet and answer sheet should be similar to the signature on the application form.
f) The candidate concerned will be expelled for malpractice and misconduct in the examination. Legal action if necessary will be accepted.
g) The list of examination centers is available on the Election Commission Secretariat website (www.ecs.gov.bd).
